1. Open the Health Assist TPA (Safeway TPA) e-card page using the button below.
2. Enter Policy Number as 211600/48/2027/334.
3. Enter Employee Code as your School Number and click Get Card.
4. Select the member for whom you want a card and click Print to get the e-card.
